Jen has worked with businesses and leaders at all levels to develop strategic plans, leadership capability and effective team cultures. She is a multi- nominated and thought provoking senior HR practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience in a variety of HR roles.
Jen has an academic grounding in Social Work and Human Resource Management combined with real industry experience across professional services, banking & finance, IT, FMCG, not for profit, construction, local council and private clients. During this time Jen has specialised in partnering with and coaching businesses, leaders and teams to achieve their goals.
A sought-after conference speaker with substantial capability in strategic leadership and operational management across all human resources disciplines, as well as a freelance writer for numerous publications, Jen is also an experienced coach with over 10 years’ coaching experience. She holds several professional accreditations including Human Synergistics, MBTI, OPQ, ICF and is a Certified Practitioner of the Australian Human Resources Institute. Beyond this, Jen has extensive experience facilitating and coaching various 360 tools and team culture building programs.
